Setting Up Voicemail (Virtual Extensions or Physical Phone)

All extensions that have voicemail, is set up to have the voicemail message emailed to the extension owner and then the voice mail message is removed from their mailbox. 

All users should set up their voicemail personalized greeting and change their voicemail passwords (pin). The default Voicemail Password (pin) is 60646 for all extensions.

To do so :

• Users with office phones can select the Message Button on the phone or dial *97 and follow the prompts. 
• Users without a office phone (virtual extensions) can access using a office phone dialing  *98. From an outside phone, using the schools main number,  enter their extension number during the greeting and then select 2 for voicemail management. Then, follow the prompts.
